Technology is the key to maintaining a ‘business as usual’ attitude
As a business owner it’s vital to find solutions which best serve the needs of our employees, our clients and our business. Despite the extraordinary events occurring worldwide, we have an obligation to maintain a sensible and responsible ‘business as usual’ attitude where possible.
Thankfully, as a tech-focused business supported by a strong IT department, one of our main aims has always been to utilise technology where possible to better facilitate the needs of our clients whilst ensuring our employees can deliver this in a healthy and efficient way. As such, our IT team have been working incredibly hard in recent weeks to prepare for all eventualities and I’m happy to say that we’re well-placed to carry on with this business as usual attitude throughout this period of temporary office closure. All of our staff are working remotely to ensure that you continue to receive unbeatable service.
The advice process will play a major role in supporting the needs of borrowers and landlords up and down the country in these unprecedented times. The government also has a huge part to play in ensuring that the importance of the private rented sector is recognised and best supported where possible. If there was ever a time for a cohesive, well-structured approach then this is it.
We are operating in the strangest of periods, but we all have a vital role in battling through any adversity and ensuring that a variety of borrowing needs are met, and serviced, as best we can. Let’s get through this together.
